Raoul has handled thousands of cases throughout New York City in both state and federal courts. He has successfully represented his clients in criminal, civil, OATH and federal trials for over a decade. He further has extensive labor experience and is proud to currently represent L.E.E.B.A. and it’s members. He has won countless arbitrations and fought tooth and nail for every grievance filed for his union members. Through his passionate representation, extensive experience and hard work, Raoul has consistently earned outstanding results for his clients. He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients and has comprehensive trial experience. 

Raoul was born and raised in Chicago. His family is from Russia and he speaks Russian Fluently. He now resides in New Jersey with his lovely wife, Jacqueline and their three dogs, Roscoe, Dixie, and Maya.
